Thursday - At Sea

Slept in today with the clocks moving ahead an hour last night so it felt very "lazy" for lack of a better word. Sea day today so we will look through the events list and see what we find interesting.

We went to the Captain's Meet and Greet in Eden and met up with another couple from Toronto, Canada. They are doing a huge dive trip in Cains when the ship returns to Sydney.

We decided on the Oceanview Cafe for lunch but it was too early so off to the Club we went, doing some Sudoku puzzles while the archery competition was going on. I managed mine in record time :-)

Lunch was good... stir fry is my go to meal as I get to pick all the ingredients although there are plenty of options if I chose something else.

We walked back through the pool area but they had an event going on so we continued through to the solarium. It was much quieter so we changed and came back up to use some big lounge chairs. I watched some race highlights and other channels on Youtube and Kelly pulled out her sewing. She eventually went off to an Origami lesson with Avis and then to a fellow cruisers cabin that had a Featherweight sewing machine with her. Sewing is important!! Kelly eventually returned and I dozed a bit :-)

Showers next and we were off to happy hour with Avis & George in our chic night attire. Happy Hour (free drinks) is mute as we had bought a full package this cruise that included beverages. This was a mistake we have realized. Life goes on.

Dinner was at one of the regular restaurants and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed more stories and had a nice evening. Off to the casino for a bit of gambling and then to the rack.

One more sea day tomorrow and the clocks go ahead another hour tonight. After this time change we will be on New Zealand time.

Steps only 5050

Friday - Homeward Bound

It's a weird one as we arrive home before we leave Sydney... with the time change that is:-)  Up early as I hit the shower and then did...
